All publications on this platform are distributed under an open license. The default license is CC-BY-NC-ND, but CC-BY or CC-BY-NC is also available upon request from the authors. 

Self-archiving policy

Authors retain the right to publish any version of their work on repositories or any other platform.

Open access fees 

There are no fees associated with open access publishing on this platform. However, other costs related to  book production — such as for type setting and printing — may apply.
