Author Biographies

Susana S. Fernández, School of Communication and Culture - Spanish, Aarhus University

is professor of foreign language pedagogy at Aarhus University. Her research interests within foreign and second language pedagogy include intercultural semantics and pragmatics, grammar teaching and teacher cognition. She is currently principal investigator for the research project Danish in the Making funded by the Velux Foundation.

Lauren Sadow, School of Communication and Culture - Spanish, Aarhus University

is a postdoctoral fellow in the project Danish in the Making at Aarhus University. Her main research interests are intercultural competence, second language education, semantics, pragmatics, and lexicography; primarily within the NSM framework.
